Our client needed to hire buyers and designers, but had concerns about fitting these new people within the existing organizational structure. We therefore needed to know how these candidates fitted into their own organization so that they could be interviewed and assessed “in context”.
Our deliverable was not only to provide top candidates from within the industry but also talent maps showing the organizational structures in which these candidates fitted. The outcome was that top designers and buyers were hired and many of our client’s internal processes were redesigned or adapted to ensure the maximum output from the new hires.
